We take privacy very seriously. We never sell, trade or give any information you enter on our site. We only collect information for sales record keeping and product registrations for the purchases you make.
When you purchase an item from us your information is kept safe and secure. We use secure data encryption through SSL (Secure Socket Layers). We encrypt the information between you and the shopping cart, and then we retrieve your information using the same secure method.
We do not record your credit card information, this keeps the possibility of fraud to a minimum. The information that is kept is on a separate computer not connected to our web site in anyway.
Serial number goods are returnable within 5 days of receiving them if unused. Generators and snow throwers are non refundable. Special orders are non refundable. In the event you return an item, you are responsible for the freight. Please call customer service at 509-534-9100 in advance to obtain an RMA number. (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase on parts, accessories and non special order items, 5 days on serial numbered goods. Certain items may be non refundable, if so they will be noted on the details page of the item.
Items under 150lbs.
Smaller items up to 150lbs. will ship via UPS.
Larger Items (over 150lbs.)
Items such as generators (over 150lbs.), snow blowers and heavy machinery will ship via "Freight Truck". When "items are shipped via freight truck we will arrange delivery with one of several freight companies that we deal with on a daily basis. The freight company must be able to access your area with a large truck (sometimes an 18-wheeler). The driver will bring the item to the "tailgate" of the trailer, from that point it is up to you to unload the item (they are not obligated to help you unload the item or take the item to your garage). If you need a lift gate please notify us as there is usually a lift gate fee added by the trucking company. To avoid a lift gate fee you can always pick up your order at the trucking terminal in your area. This is a popular delivery method. Make sure someone will be present to receive the items and that you give us a valid day time phone number in case the trucking company needs to contact you. Also be sure to fully inspect the shipment when it arrives. Notify the driver of any damage or missing pieces.
All refunds will be credited upon approval of return and once all products have been received and determined to be in sellable condition. In the event that the product needs cleaning or repairs to be sellable, you will be responsible for these items. You may be charged a fee for cleaning.
