Our Reserve and Relax program allows our customers to reserve a product with a small deposit and be notified as soon as it arrives. If you find a machine in the meantime, simply contact us for your refund. There is no risk. The deposit is applied towards the purchase amount.

1. Complete the request form detailing the product you wish to reserve.

2. We will call you to answer any questions you may have, secure the details of your reservation and collect a refundable deposit to reserve your product. 

3. When your product is received at our stores, you will be notified. If you wish to pursue with the purchase, we will work through payment terms, including approved retail financing at that time. If for any reason you do not wish to continue with the purchase, your deposit will be refunded and the product on hold will then be released.

Refunding your deposit can be done before or after the product arrives. There is no risk to you. Once a deposit is refunded, you are taken out of the reservation program.

We can only reserve the product to you once we receive the physical product at our stores. After we have notified you that the product is in, we will hold the product for one week. Payment methods, delivery dates and financing decisions will need to be made within a reasonable time. If those decisions are not made, we cannot guarantee holding the product for you, but your initial deposit will be refunded.

You can change your original desired product to a different product with no penalties. This reservation is “first come, first serve”. Supplies will be limited.

THE NATIONAL POWER EQUIPMENT PRODUCT SHORTAGE

There are three major engine manufactures, all of which can only supply approximately 50% of their normal capacity due to supply side issues. All of the manufactures are at least 2 years behind capacity due to engine shortages. This is not expected to change over the next couple of years.

Every brand of riding mowers, zero turn lawnmowers and snow blowers are affected
Every channel of distribution is affected. Independent dealers, big box stores or buying on line. Everyone is in the same boat.

While retailers across the country may not be able to stock shelves, Country Homes Power is able to take reservations from customers who know they want specific products. Our RESERVE AND RELAX PROGRAM allows our customers to reserve a product and be notified as soon as it arrives. Our customers can come to the store to see and explore the product once it is available and confirm their purchase. We want our customers to see and touch their product before committing. The reservation can be canceled and refunded at any time. If you find a machine in the meantime, simply contact us for your refund. There is no risk. The deposit is applied towards the purchase amount when complete.
